Enterprise Disaster Recovery

Data Protection, Backup, and Cloud Services

SECURE YOUR DATA, SECURE YOUR BUSINESS

We understand outsourcing your data management and disaster recovery is a complex decision. Armada Cloud employs a consultative partnership approach that includes custom-designing a data management solution specific to your needs, implementing it with you and then providing ongoing, proactive maintenance to keep your data safe. Our agentless solution resides on our preconfigured Data Protection Appliance at your facility, reaching out across your LAN to protect physical servers, cloud applications, laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and virtual environments, including bare metal backups and live VM copies – basically, anything residing on your network or in the cloud.

Armada Cloud’s data protection solution runs on our Data Protection and Disaster Recovery Platform, providing a single, comprehensive, integrated approach to data protection ideally suited for large backup sets.

HOW IT WORKS

Our seasoned experts design a backup, retention, and recovery plan for your specific needs, ship out our data protection appliance, and remotely assist in the installation and configuration – a process that takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Our agentless solution backs up everything across your network without the need to install anything on servers, VMs, or workstations.

This approach provides you with a local copy of your data that is replicated to our secure cloud, resulting in fast, efficient, and secure backups of all types and locations of your critical data. And because all Armada Cloud solutions are fully managed, you and your staff enjoy the benefits of our proactive monitoring services at no extra charge.

We can also develop and implement a comprehensive data disaster recovery plan for clients who don’t have one in place, or review existing DR documents and procedures to ensure compliance and continuity requirements are met. Our top priority? Your peace of mind.

THE AGENTLESS DIFFERENCE

With traditional agent-based backup software one has to perform the following steps to perform backups:

– Take an inventory of the applications and servers that need to be protected on the customer’s LAN
– Share it with the partner/vendor/Service Provider (Disclose network information)
– Ensure the configuration is accurate and buy the appropriate number of agents
– Buy additional agents when you add servers, applications, databases
– Upgrade all agents each time there is a hot fix or new version of the agent software
– Application disruptive – servers with hot fix or new version of the agent software need to be rebooted

Our agentless solution does not require any agents to be installed for each machine or application to be protected – instead, it reaches out across the network to protect your servers, workstations, mobile devices, and local and cloud applications, all the way to bare-metal if desired. As a result, an agentless approach increases security by eliminating the requirement for open firewall ports, reduces resource requirements by eliminating processing and memory demands on endpoints, saves time by focusing on a single installation point, and allows for easier ongoing support by reducing the risk of problems across multiple installations.
